I’ve just discovered novoseek, a new biomedical search engine that was launched in February 2009. Apart from being totally free, one interesting thing about novoseek is that it allows you to look for relevant publications by refining your search using artificial intelligence techniques to create a “related concepts” sidebar on the left of the screen to help limit your search. It’s still relatively new, and I have a feeling it would develop even further. This might be the future of biomedical literature search.
